Each capsule contains:
4 billion viable organisms at time of manufacturing
The bacterial culture contains:

• 40% Lactobacillus rhamnosus,
• 40 % Lactobacillus casei,
• 10 % Lactobacillus acidophilus
• 10% Bifidobacterium longum.
• Other Ingredients - Dairy-free powder with FOS and magnesium stearate.

In a base of FOS from chickory, no maltodextrin, no corn.

Suggested use:
As a dietary supplement, one capsule 2-3 times daily with meals, or as directed by a physician. **
