Triphala is a traditional herbal remedy that consists of the dried fruits of three Indian native plants: Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), and Amla (Emblica officinalis). Combining these three herbs creates a synergistic effect that is more powerful than any one of the herbs alone. Triphala is used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat symptoms such as inflammation, poor digestion, fight free radicals, and support normal sugar levels and body weight.
