Each dosage contains the following amounts of bilberry and ginkgo biloba:

1.25ml dose (¼ tsp) delivers approximately 135-140mg of bilberry and 110-115mg of ginkgo biloba (also contains approximately 25% Organic, Non-GMO Cane Alcohol)

Recommended dosage: ¼ teaspoon (approximately 15 drops) 2-3 times per day or as prescribed by your health care practitioner.
