Each capsule contains:
Bilberry extract (160 mg of extract standardized to 25% anthocyanosides calculated as anthocyanidins)
Elderberry (berry) 125 mg
Other ingredients: cellulose, plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), silica

Dietary Considerations: This vegetarian formula is free of: wheat, dairy/milk, gluten, soy, yeast, sugar, salt, corn, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, yeast, or lactose.

Suggested Use: As an addition to the daily diet take three capsules. For intensive use, take five capsules daily.
